When Should I start Injury Rehab?

Generally, if there is still significant inflammation in your injury, you should still be doing the RICE process so that you can start healing. A sign that you should start doing rehab is that you can do regular basic movements without pain in the injured area. Rehab exercises should not be performed if they cause pain to the injured area.
